British Black Jack Account Deletion

Delete in the App

Open Profile, find the Account section and choose Delete Account. Review the confirmation carefully. Password accounts must re-enter the current password before deletion can continue.

You must leave an active waiting room and leave or finish an active game before deleting the account. This prevents deletion from damaging a shared multiplayer session.

Request Deletion Without the App

Email privacy@mcnallycreations.co.uk with the subject ‘British Black Jack account deletion’. Send the request from the email address associated with the account where possible and include the display name used in the game. Never include your password.

McNally Creations may request limited information needed to verify account ownership. The target is to complete a verified request within seven days.

Information Removed

The Firebase Authentication account and sign-in identity.
The private player profile and public profile.
The uploaded profile avatar, if one exists.
Locally stored profile and preference information when the app completes its deletion and sign-out flow.

Shared Records and Retention

Information in active shared rooms or unfinished games cannot be deleted until the player leaves or the game is completed. Some completed multiplayer, security, support or legal records may need to be retained or de-identified where necessary to protect other players, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or meet a legal obligation.

Information that must be retained will be limited to what is necessary and kept only for the applicable purpose. Public profile access is removed as part of account deletion.

What Happens Next

Account deletion is permanent. Deleted accounts, profile details, statistics and uploaded avatars cannot be restored. You may create a new account later, but previous progress will not return.

If a deletion attempt fails, the app keeps the account signed in where possible so the player can retry safely or contact support.
